These must be followed in order to return or exchange any orders purchased from CARE FACTOR AU:
- Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase within Australia.
- Due to current COVID-19 restrictions and delays with freight delivery times we are not offering international shipping returns.
- All original tags and invoice(s) must be provided with the garments in unworn, unwashed condition. (If tags are not provided and no longer attached, the garment will be deemed worn and no refunds will apply).
CARE FACTOR AU reserves the right to deny or exchange if the garment in question does not meet our returns policy requirements once it has been assessed. If a returned item is denied, the goods will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
